Getting management involved

As we have found at NewsLark (and as I know all too well from personal experience), having the right internal communications tools is only one piece of the puzzle. Without executive buy-in, and their ongoing involvement, there is a danger - a likelihood, even - that your initiative will become a failed experiment.

It's not difficult to find guides on how to bring employees on board, but what I like about these 4 steps is that they are such simple actions, from which all else flows. For anyone integrating digital IC tools - whether it's NewsLark or a more complex ESN - you could do worse than starting here.
