When we talk about Internal Communications, we often forget that the 'Internal' bit shouldn't really affect 'Communications' much at all. Our fellow employees are the same human beings at work as they are at home, after all.
This is good news of course. It means that rather than trying to reinvent the wheel for internal communications, we can apply much that has been learnt over decades (and millions of man-years) of blogging.
What is presented in the following article from Ragan should not be revelatory - it echoes what the best bloggers have always known - but it is worth reading for a refresh. I hope to post more on this topic in the coming days.
